The restrooms are located in the common areas. They are therefore not included in the rentable area. Cleaning and restocking are included in the building’s operating costs. The office space is the only rentable area on the floor, so it can be assumed that it will be for exclusive use. The rental space is ready for immediate occupancy, including a fully equipped kitchen and LED lighting.
