100% Coverage
In 2011, Christian Schmück completed the acquisition of the company. The company’s strategic focus remains unchanged, while values such as trust, reliability, and integrity continue to form the foundation of its corporate philosophy.

Moving to Akademiestraße
After operating out of locations on Dorotheergasse and Favoritenstraße, the company moved to Akademiestraße in 2018. The new, expanded office space lays a solid foundation for future growth and development.

Expansion of the Team
In 2019, the company evolved from a one-man operation led by Christian Schmück into a growing team. A new phase began.
2022
Focus on Commercial Real Estate
In 2022, the company had 7 employees. It is in the process of establishing its own commercial real estate division, with specialized brokers and a clear focus on commercial real estate.
